• Build, maintain, and optimise the Lucerno website (SEO, performance, analytics integration)
• Implement and oversee analytics infrastructure (Google Analytics, conversion tracking, KPI dashboards)
• Evaluate and deploy internal workflow tools (CRM, project management, communication platforms)
• Lead any software development workstreams, including client-facing prototypes
• Manage data integrity, cybersecurity hygiene, and digital risk for the organisation
• Advise the executive team on technology adoption and digital transformation opportunities
• Support the CMO on technical aspects of the LinkedIn and Instagram growth strategy

• Familiarity with SEO principles and experience implementing analytics tools
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, resource-constrained start-up environment
• Able to balance technical best practice with pragmatic, rapid delivery
• Strong written and verbal communication, you should be able to brief non-technical executives clearly
IDEAL
• 2–5 years of experience in software engineering, web development, or technical product management
DESIRABLE
• Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n) or CRM platforms
• Background in data science or business intelligence (Power BI, Looker Studio)

• Paid role upon first funding round with terms agreed in advance
• Direct collaboration with the CEO and executive team on growth strategy
• Real-world experience building a tech function from zero in an international consultancy context
